Postal Charges & Delivery 

We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours, Monday – Friday. Orders received after 3pm on a Friday will be dispatched on the next working day. 

Store Pick-Up: Free

To pick up your parcel in person, select 'Collect in Person' at the checkout. You can collect anytime between 10am and 5pm, Monday to Saturday. Pick up is from Seasons Boutique, 36 Cheap Street, Sherborne DT9 3PX. 

UK Standard Delivery: £5.95

Standard delivery to UK addresses costs £5.95 and parcels are sent using Royal Mail or one of our courier services. Delivery is usually 1-2 working days and a signature will be required. This option is available free, when you order total £150 or more. 

UK Next Day Delivery: £9.95

For urgent deliveries, order by 2pm Monday to Friday for same-day dispatch. Orders after 2pm cannot be dispatched the same day. Next day delivery is via Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day (before 1pm), and someone must be available to receive the parcel. 

European Delivery: £18.00

Parcels can be sent to addresses throughout Europe via Royal Mail or DHL Express Worldwide, depending on the destination. European orders are charged at £18.00 per order* and may take up to 5 days to arrive. Please note that the postage price does not include any import duties or local taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

International Delivery: £24.00

We ship parcels worldwide via Royal Mail or DHL Express Worldwide, depending on the destination. International shipping costs £24.00 per order* and may take up to 7 days for delivery. Please note that the postage price does not include any import duties or local taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

* For parcels weighing over 2kg, a surcharge may apply, and we will contact you to discuss this.
