Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving your goods. This gives you the opportunity to inspect the items as you would in store.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us within this 14-day period.

Once you have informed us, you must return the items to us within 14 days of your cancellation request.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with all tags attached and packaging intact.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We strongly recommend using a tracked or insured service when returning items, as customers are responsible for the safe return of goods.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within 14 days, using the original payment method.

Unfortunately, returns received outside of this timeframe, or items returned in an unsuitable condition, may not be accepted and may be returned to the sender.
