Loyalty Rewards



Seasons Rewards – Terms & Conditions

Seasons Rewards is our loyalty programme and our way of saying thank you to our customers. It is offered in good faith and designed to reward you for shopping with us at Seasons Boutique.
By joining Seasons Rewards, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Membership
Membership is free and available to customers aged 18 or over. Membership is limited to one account per person.
Customers may join Seasons Rewards as either a Loyalty Member or a Gold Member.
Loyalty Membership does not require customers to receive email communications and carries a lower reward rate.
Gold Membership is available to customers who opt in to receive email communications from Seasons Boutique and carries a higher reward rate, along with access to certain offers, benefits or information shared by email only.
Platinum Membership is by invitation only.
2. Earning Rewards
Loyalty Members earn 3% back.
Gold Members earn 5% back.
Platinum Members earn 7% back.
Rewards are calculated on the final transaction value.
Rewards are earned on eligible purchases as determined by Seasons Boutique.
Seasons reserves the right to exclude certain products or services from earning rewards at any time.
The following are excluded from earning rewards:
- Alterations
- Tickets for special events
3. Online Purchases & Reward Redemption
Rewards may be earned on eligible online purchases.
At present, rewards can only be redeemed in-store at Seasons Boutique and cannot be redeemed online.
This may change in the future at our discretion.
4. Using Rewards
Rewards can only be redeemed as a discount against a future purchase.
Rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, refunds or gift vouchers.
Rewards are non-transferable.
There is currently no minimum spend required to redeem rewards.
5. Returns & Refunds
If an item is returned or refunded, any rewards earned on that purchase will be removed or adjusted accordingly.
If an item is returned that was purchased using rewards, the refund will be for the reduced price actually paid.
Any rewards used as part of that transaction will be forfeited and will not be reinstated.
6. Goodwill Basis
Seasons Rewards is offered as a gesture of goodwill.
All rewards, benefits and tiers are provided at the discretion of Seasons Boutique.
No rewards, offers or benefits are guaranteed.
7. Changes & Closure
Seasons Boutique reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw Seasons Rewards, or any part of it, at any time and without notice.
8. Account Activity & Inactive Accounts
Accounts with no activity for over 18 months may be deemed inactive and rewards may be reviewed or removed.
Accounts unused for 24 months may be deleted.
9. Emails & Communications
Gold Members may receive occasional email updates with news, events, offers and exclusive benefits.
Customers can opt in or out of email communications at any time.
Customers who choose not to receive emails will remain, or revert to, Loyalty Membership with the lower reward rate.
Seasons Boutique does not guarantee the frequency or content of email communications.
10. Contact Details, Account Identification & Lost Accounts
Customers are responsible for ensuring their contact details are accurate and kept up to date.
An email address is preferred to identify accounts. If no email address is available, a phone number may be used.
Seasons Boutique cannot accept responsibility for rewards allocated to or redeemed by the wrong account due to similar names, incorrect or outdated details.
Once rewards have been redeemed, they cannot be reinstated or transferred.
11. Quarterly Draws
Entry into any Seasons Rewards draw is subject to the terms shared at the time.
Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
Seasons’ decision is final.
12. Platinum Membership
Platinum Membership is awarded each January at the discretion of Seasons Boutique.
Platinum status runs from January to December each year.
Seasons Boutique reserves the right to withdraw Platinum status during the year in exceptional circumstances.
Platinum benefits may vary year to year and are not guaranteed.
13. Staff Eligibility
Seasons Boutique employees are eligible to participate in Seasons Rewards unless otherwise advised.
14. Errors
Seasons Boutique reserves the right to correct any errors in reward calculations, allocations or balances.
15. Misuse
Seasons Boutique reserves the right to refuse, remove or cancel membership if the scheme is believed to be misused or abused.
16. Data Protection
Customer data will be used in line with UK data protection legislation and our privacy policy.
We will never sell customer data to third parties.

18. General
Seasons Rewards is operated by Seasons Boutique, Sherborne, Dorset.
These terms and conditions are governed by English law.
